  • Can I add something to my existing order?

If you would like to add something to your existing order, you can email us on or whatsapp us on +91-9152441101. However, if your goods have already been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes. In the event of further changes then, please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for the additional order.

  • Can I get the delivery of the goods quicker?

We do offer express shipping as an option, but please note that any additional charges associated with this service will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

If your goods have not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to change the delivery address. However, once the goods have been dispatched, the company cannot be held responsible for any issues related to delivery. To make changes to your delivery address, please send an official email from the registered email ID that was used when placing the order.

  • Can I modify my order?

As we operate on a make-to-order basis, we may not be able to assist with changes once an order has been processed. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we will consider your request for any changes.

  • The color of the product is a bit different than the images.

Although we endeavor to capture photos of each product in a setting that closely resembles its appearance in real life, we take pictures in different light settings. Nevertheless, due to the limitations of camera lenses, it is impossible to perfectly replicate the perspective of the human eye, and as a result, there may be minor variations in color. Additionally, since our products are handcrafted in small batches by artisans rather than mass-produced by machines, each batch may have a slightly different shade of color due to the inherent human involvement in the production process.

  • The prints are bit irregular.

Since our products are not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the print due to the human involvement in the process.

  • Can you forward me more images of the products.

We do not offer additional images on WhatsApp, as all available images are uploaded on our website. Moreover, the images displayed on our website are of our clients' personalized outfits and were captured just before the items were delivered to them. 

  • Can you show me more fabrics for the store.

We aim to feature most of our fabrics on the webstore, but we reserve some of the exclusive fabrics for retail purposes only. It is not practical for us to display or share images of every fabric at the retail with each inquiry we receive.

  • Can I fully customize my outfit?

We have enabled extensive customization options, but in case you require further modifications, especially in minor details, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. You could drop us an email or call us on +91-9152441101.

  • Can I customize an existing product?

Yes, you can customize an existing product.

  • Are there any extra charges for customization?

We offer several customizations free of charge, making basic pattern or neckline changes, and removing pockets or decreasing the length of the kurta/sleeve. Increasing the length will attract charges. However, there may be additional fees for more significant customizations, which will depend on the level of complexity involved. Our team will communicate any additional charges to you accordingly.
